Registration Forms Release for 2009/10
Registration Night 28th July 2009.
Reg Card Collection Night - 8th September 2009
Both at Blue Mountain from 7:30pm to 10:00pm
Notes - 2 Photos
are required:
1 Photo for A4 Player Registration form (PRF) to be signed by Team Manager
and Player Guardian.
1 Photo for Team Registration form (TRF) to be signed by Club Chairman or
Secretary.
(Teams with
more than 12 players shall use 2 TRF forms).
Then submit all PRF and TRF by 31st July and then collect credit
card style EBYFL Reg ID on 8th September 2009.
