Wokingham, RG40 1ST,
8:00 pm Start (Access to Hall from 7:50 pm only.
Parking is available on site.
Should the hotel parking lot
become full, hotel staff will direct guests to park directly across the
road at the Oakingham Bell Pub/Restaurant.
Attendance
Each Club shall be empowered
to send two delegates to an AGM. Each Club shall be entitled to one vote
only. Fourteen (14) days’ notice has been given of any AGM.
Clubs that have withdrawn
their membership of the Competition during the Playing Season being
concluded or who are not continuing membership shall be entitled to
attend but shall vote only on matters relating to the Season being
concluded. This provision will not apply to Clubs expelled in accordance
with EBFA Rule twelve (12).
All voting shall be conducted
by a show of voting cards unless a ballot is demanded by at least 50% of
the delegates qualified to vote or the Chairperson so decides.
No individual shall be
entitled to vote on behalf of more than one Club.
Any continuing Club must be
represented at the AGM. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in
a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.
Officers of the Competition
and Management Committee members shall be entitled to attend and vote at
an AGM, but cannot also cast a vote on behalf of a club (See EBFA Rule
8.G).
Agenda
At this
meeting, the following business shall be transacted, provided that at
least twelve (12) members are present and entitled to vote: -
i. Register
of Clubs
1. 24/25 Clubs withdrawing from EBFA 25/26, due to no teams.
2. 24/25 Clubs Remaining with EBFA 25/26.
3. New Clubs with applications to join EBFA 25/26.
ii.
To receive and confirm the minutes of the preceding AGM.

iii. To receive and adopt the annual report, balance sheet, and

vii. Appointment of auditors/verifier.
viii. Alteration of Rules.
ix. Fix the date for the commencement of the
Playing Season and kick-off times applicable to
the Competition.

Fix the date for the end of the Playing Season.
xi. Other business of which due notice shall have
been given and accepted as being relevant
to an AGM.

Kick-off time from the Rules of Competition
Mini-Soccer 5v5 and 7v7 Football Matches Under 7 to Under 10 shall be
played on Saturday and the times of kick-off shall be between 9:00 am
and on or before 1 pm.
Youth 9v9 Football Matches Under 11 to Under 12 shall be played on
Saturday and the times of kick-off shall be between 9:00 am and on or
before 1 pm.
Youth 11v11 Football Matches Under 13, Under 14 and Under 15 shall be
played on Saturday and the times of kick-off shall be between 9:00 am
and on or before 1 pm.
Youth 11v11 Football Matches Under 16 to Under 18 shall be played on
Saturday and the times of kick-off shall be between 9:00 am and on or
before 2 pm and 1:30 pm for the Trophy Event Competition matches.
x. Fix the date for the end of the Playing Season.
