EBYFL Applications For 2011/2012

EBYFL Administration Website For Applications - www.ebyfl.co.uk

EBYFL is a Saturday league for U7 to U11 boys and girls playing 7-a-side and U12 to U18 boys playing 11-a-side. There are not currently any girls teams but if there are sufficient applications the girls teams shall play on Sundays.

The format for the U11 age group in EBYFL has always been 7-a-side and will continue to be 7-a-side for the 2011-2012 season.

The format for the U12 age group in EBYFL has always been 11-a-side and will continue to be 11-a-side for the 2011-2012 season.

The league is aware of and is monitoring the format developments in other neighbouring leagues.

Applications for the 2011/2012 season will open on 01 May 2011 and will close on 31 May 2011. Our AGM is on Thu 16 June 2011 at Blue Mountain.

Applications for next season will not be accepted before or after these dates and priority will be given to teams entered before the closing deadline.

Shortly before 01 May this website will be taken off-line and rolled forward to the next season which means that all current U7 teams will become U8, U8 become U9 etc all the way to U18.

From 01 May the Club Secretary can login and add/edit and delete their club and team details for next season and can print off the 2011/2012 Club Agreement Form which will list your club and team details and calculate the correct fees and must be printed out and signed and sent with payment to the league to arrive before 31 May.

Only the Club Secretary should make the final application to the league so please ensure that only the club secretary downloads and prints the 2011/2012 Club Agreement Form. Please do not submit applications using last seasons forms - they will NOT be accepted.

All clubs MUST
be FA Charter Standard. If your club is a new or existing club in the league and is not yet FA Charter Standard then please contact the League Secretary for advice in the first instance.

The League AGM will take place on Thu 16 June 2011 and clubs that are not represented may not be admitted to the league. Clubs seeking to join the league must attend the AGM and there will be a vote to accept these new clubs into the association.

New clubs seeking to join the league should contact the League Secretary as soon as possible for advice on how to apply.

Please read the League Rules
2010/2011 - Season Rules and Regulations (Berks & Bucks FA Sanctioned)

The League Secretary is Mark Gittoes,
secretary@ebyfl.co.uk, 01344 862184, 07798 701995. Please call weekdays after 6pm and weekends.
